Shipping Fees We also offer shipping at the following rates: Standard below $60.00 8.99 $60.00 and above 10.99 EXPRESS below $80.00 15.99 EXPRESS $80.00 and above 18.99 If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
